I’ve spent my life in restaurants—starting as a dishwasher at 14, working my way up to Executive Chef, and later helping thousands of restaurants improve their profitability. Along the way, I’ve sat across the table from owners risking their life savings, managers juggling chaos, servers chasing tips, and sales reps hustling to make a living.
